While serving and training in ministry at a local church, Rev. Ronnie L. Brown was encouraged by his Pastor to pursue his local license under the United Pentecostal Church International Organization. In the year of 2003 Pastor Brown went before the Ga. District UPCI Board and successfully received his Local License Certification. As time progressed he went before the Ga. District Board again for a promotion from a Local License to a General License in 2005 and was successful.

In the same year, on July 23, Pastor Brown experienced a visitation from God to start a neighborhood bible study. Eventually that bible study turned into the birthing of a ministry, The Master’s Touch Tabernacle of Holiness Church, established by God on February 19, 2006. The first service was held in the Brown’s home. Within just a few weeks there were 18 people attending. Later God opened the door for services to be held in a building in Union City, Ga.

In 2009, the church moved to McDonough, Ga. The name of the church then changed to Henry County Pentecostal Church. Pastor and First Lady Brown have now been pastoring for over 10 years now and love every bit of ministry.
